Accepted Payment Modes
We accept multiple payment modes, including net banking, debit cards, credit cards, (Amex, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard accepted,) UPI, PayTM, Google Pay, PhonePe.
Our Payment Processors
We rely on external payment processors, namely “Razorpay” and “Payu Money” , for processing the transaction for online payments. Therefore, as a business, we do not have any detailed financial information, including your card numbers, Bank account number, or any other sensitive financial information. The limited information helps us identify your order, resolve your queries, update you on the status of your order, and process replacements faster, making your shopping experience pleasurable with us.

Shipping Policy
We share both within Delhi NCR and Pan India (limited products only; for details on availability, please use the Pin code feature on the website) via our delivery partners. Please find a detailed breakdown of the order processing timelines, and other details below:
Within DELHI NCR
Shipping within Delhi NCR takes anywhere between two working days to 1 week, depending on the product. Processing timelines vary based on location, as well as the availability of transportation options. Customers within Delhi NCR can also reschedule delivery for a maximum time span of 7 days if we are notified before the shipment is loaded.
Customers within Delhi NCR can also opt for pickup services. Clients visiting the Delhi NCR showroom can also opt for delivery services to the construction site. When opting for delivery, please notify us beforehand for unloading arrangements. Kindly note that this includes an additional nominal cost.
Outside DELHI NCR
Shipping outside Delhi NCR may take 1 to 2 weeks because of the additional packing and transit reasons that are required to minimize damage.
Since shipping outside Delhi NCR may require certain extra constraints such as unloading, packaging and shipping, as well as choosing a favourable delivery partner for your order. For unloading arrangements, please inform us beforehand and we can make the arrangements beforehand for the same. We request you to contact us via WhatsApp, Call, or E-mail to discuss the options in detail.
Cancellations
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered under any circumstances. Therefore, we urge you to speak to your contractors for detailed information on the measurements, technical aspects of the construction, your shortlisted options including colours, material, and design, as well as the quantity of the order so we can make your shopping experience with us as smooth and seamless as possible.
The shipment will be considered abandoned property if
refused at the time of delivery, or
delays in transportation because of unforeseen circumstances.
